Some useful tips while tipping

Are you in dilemma weather to tip or not, see it’s always better to tip someone rather than tossing with money and to tip a person who requires a most should not be a tough call for you?
So to illustrate a moment budget travel talks a beauty
of sense which would allow you to understand an awkward moment when you play a game with your mind to tip or not to tip.

Since it sound very easy to tip and it regards your opinion of appreciation and if the service was good than it should not be a hard job for you to tip sound sensible though but this is amongst the most hard moment cause while giving a tip you have to consider an environment and a tradition as well as how much they

get paid and if you do not consider their expectation that could leave you feeling uneasy so to tackle such moment an apps like globe tipping helps you to understand a scenario of tipping in restaurant, hotels and more. Our discussion and the opinions of expert and regular traveler have share their thoughts and experience about how to go easy on such tongue-tied situation.

CRUISE STAFF
During old days cruise line used to offer an envelope and an idea like regarding tipping to a crew member with whom u had straight talk while seafaring. Now a day’s its norm a tip are automatically adjusted on your bill in a sail to U.S and Caribbean. During last ten years it has become more like a custom where the cruise line would automatically mark the tip on your bill, says Spud Hilton, editor of the San Francisco Chronicle's travel section and Bad Latitude blog.

While some cruise would adjust your bill which includes tip and in other it is mandatory to tip and it’s not adjustable. In this case, says Hilton, "the tipping is no longer about you and the person giving you good service—it's about service in general on the ship." So it is always better to check before hand whether it includes a tip or not before you sail.

WAIT STAFF
While in U.S restaurant it is kind of mandatory to leave a tip of around 15 to 20 percent in Europe it is not so mandatory you can leave a couple of Euros if you happy with the service like if your bill is 47 Euros than you can leave a tip of 2 to 3 Euros which would come to make a 50 straight Euros.

But if we look at Denmark and New Zealand tip is not expected at all. In Norway 10 percent service charge would automatically come at your bill and make sure you check it because in some places service charge does not always cover the full tip. For example in Aruba 15 percent would be automatically added to your bill

If you are confused make sure to ask a local staff about the custom and manners of tipping. A couple years ago trendy New York bar used to add 20% tip to the bill since waiters were sick of being stiffed by European visitors who may not have been aware of customs on our shores.

BELL MAN
On a beautiful and luxurious hotel where every assistant would serve you from the very moment you arrive in a gate of hotel it’s always better to give one handout to all. Person who carry your bag from cab to the pointy where you check in is not really expected to get tipped says Peter Shankman, an entrepreneur who spends 85 percent of his time traveling.  But a person who carries my bag from there to room is really a one whom I should be tipping.

TOUR GUIDES
As said by Andrew Schrage, co-owner of Money Crashers Personal Finance tour guide tips are rare included in your tour price but it also depends on how he would guide you whether he would take a full day tour or a short span tour, whether he allowed to roam at a beauty of Roman Colosseum for an hour or the Great

Barrier Reef for an entire day in short $3 to $4 per day (in local currency) is acceptable for guides of shorter tours and $7 to $10 per day for full-day tour guides, if you are in doubt ask a travel agent and clear all your doubts regarding tipping. Now another question that comes in mind is we have seen many agencies posting their information at a website, he says when we say this is standard worldwide we mean it even traditionally non-tipping countries like China and Japan.

But making a big show of passing over a few Yuan or yen is still frowned upon. As said by Greg Rodgers, who runs several Asia travel blogs, including one on About.com, you would not tip a directly after someone who has done many favor to you it would like paying for service it is always better to pay during your farewell and always remember to hand it through envelop never pay a cash in hand in Japan.
STAFF IN CHINA AND JAPAN
Tipping in china and Japan is considered rude and it goes for cab drivers, drivers, restaurant wait staff, and workers in hotels. But there is a huge exclusion of this rule which might take unknown customer by surprise.

SHUTTLE VAN DRIVERS
A shuttle you take from the airport to your car rental parking deserves a tip and you should always handout a couple of local denomination to that shuttle driver, said by John DiScala of Johnny Jet.

Those courtesy shuttles you take from the airport to the car rental parking lot and from your hotel into town shouldn't be viewed as a completely free ride. Whether there's a jar for tips or not, you should hand off a dollar or two to the driver as you're getting dropped off. "If I have really heavy bags, I usually give the driver a few bucks," says John DiScala of Johnny Jet.

HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING
As said by Charlyn Keating Chisholm, editor of About.com's hotels and resorts site tipping to housekeeper could be most divisive and misunderstood concept in hotels.
Tipping to a house made is a general task and it should be done, said by DiScala. Tipping on a regular basis means a better service always leaves a couple of dollar at the site of your pillow and not a t a dresser or more better would be find her at a hallway and pass her some dollar for her sincere service.

CONCIERGE
You are not require tipping a concierge for guiding your way, but if the real help were provided for finding impossible seats at a restaurant where you can enjoy your sushi than yes he or she deserves a special thank. Tip her between $5 and $20 depending on her service, said by DiScala.
